Glasshape^® was honoured to have supplied its specialty large format curved showroom glass to the winner of the Commercial Architecture Category in the 2016 Waikato–Bay of Plenty Architecture Awards – Chow Hill Architects & Ebbett Audi and Volkswagen in Hamilton, New Zealand.

Showcasing luxury products such as high-end European vehicles requires super-premium display solutions, made all the more crucial in this case given the high-profile corner site at the southern entrance to Hamilton.

Chesham Glass expertly installed our bent and toughened (tempered) 10mm (3/8″) low-emissivity TemperShield^® with panes measuring nearly 3m (10ft) x 1m (6ft). This maximized light and visibility while minimizing solar heat-gain.
